We accept payments via credit card (Paypal) in IDR or AUD.

Your appointment is not confirmed or finalised until the invoice has been sent and paid in full.

No medical team will be sent to you without payment being settled first.

You must disclose your full medical history including medical conditions, allergies and medications to the medical staff on arrival.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

IV.Me Bali requires at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation, otherwise the full amount will be charged.

 

REFUNDS

 

In the rare circumstance we are unable to make an appointment time we will refund you in full.

Missed appointments are non-refundable.

 

PROBLEMS WITH APPOINTMENTS

 

1. The nature of this service depends on the successful cannulation and connection of an infusion treatment. There are are circumstances that a nurse may be unable to perform the service due to poor venous access, flattening of the vin or non-disclosed information out of their control. In this case you will receive a refund LESS a medical assessment cost of 450K.

 

2. If the full medical history is not disclosed and this results in an inability to initiate treatment, the client will be charged the full amount for the appointment and the service will be rejected.

 

3. If our medical team arrive and the client is intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs, the full amount of the services will be charged and the service will be rejected.
